Brad told me to draw this while we were eating dim sum in Chinatown with our friend Kirsten. He also appears as the bartender, as he was studying antiquated drink recipes (mostly with eggs) at the time. The Xenomorph is, of course, the alien from that movie, y'know, Star Wars. This will be available as a 11x11" print on fancypants Classic Crest paper at SPX this weekend at the North Bethesda Hotel & Convention Center. I'll be at the Grimalkin Press table with Dave O'Shell. Also enjoy seeing a bajillion other talented cartoonists: Corinne Mucha, Richard Thompson, Kate Beaton, Kevin Huizenga, Tom Kaczynski, JAIME HERNANDEZ, Gabrielle Bell, John Porcellino. A laundry list, if you have amazing laundry.
Thanks to Allegra for the last-minute edits on the cartoon.
