French people love good things

In the grand tradition of Europeans appreciating American pop culture more than Americans do, a French curator named Laurent Parson is doing a show called Handle With Care that features many Minneapolis cartoonists! I'd tell you where and when, but I don't speak French. Watch the video about it. In it, you can see works by most of the MPLS comics crew, including Renny Kissling, Tom K, Zak Sally and stuff from his La Mano imprint, Will Dinski, King Mini, Brett von Schlosser (? I think?), and non-MPLS cat John Porcellino.

Speaking of John P, dude has a new King-Cat collection out from D&Q called Map of My Heart. I love D&Q's books - their design and production values are second to none. So I'm lookin forward to it. Along with Zak Sally's upcoming early stuff collection, Like a Dog.
He's touring the thing (and, bless 'im, hocking copies of Ghost Comics for me while he's at it), all dates at his site, a couple below:
